Welcome to Trace-AI! This dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your software packages, vulnerabilities, SBOM coverage, and license compliance, helping you maintain security and meet regulatory requirements.
The dashboard landing page offers a visual summary of your software compliance health and risk posture.
2. Top Bar & Project Controls
At the top, you’ll find navigation breadcrumbs, project selector ("All Projects" or specific project), the SBOM download button (Latest SBOM), refresh, and a theme toggle.
3. Vulnerabilities Panel
A colorful donut chart displays all detected vulnerabilities, clearly segmented by severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low). The legend explains each color and shows the count of each type.
4. Statistic Cards
The top row contains the dashboard’s core metrics, such as:
- Total Packages
Packages Scanned
SBOM Coverage (%)
Packages without SBOM
Per-severity vulnerability counts
5. Most Affected Packages
This section lists software packages (with version numbers) impacted by vulnerabilities. It helps you prioritize remediation.
6. Vulnerability Breakdown Table
Shows critical and high vulnerability counts per package, so you can target urgent issues quickly.
7. Vulnerability Timeline Chart
Tracks vulnerability trends, showing how issues, exceptions, and “safe” packages evolve over time.
8. Downloading the SBOM
The “Latest SBOM” button at the top right downloads your current Software Bill of Materials. This export is essential for audits or compliance checks.
- Select Project and Scan details Formatted as <branch-name> - dd mmm YYYY, HH:MM AM/PM
- Click Download button to download SBOM
9. License & Copyleft Packages Panel
Here you see each package’s license (e.g., MIT, GPL). Packages with copyleft licenses are highlighted for special compliance review.
10. Filters, and Controls
Dashboard badges, and filters keep you informed and let you adjust the displayed stats easily.
